HOW TO BUY AND PURCHASE POLICY
- Choose the product you want to buy.
- Click the "Add to cart" or "Buy" button. Your product will be added to the cart, and you can continue shopping if you wish.
- You can keep adding other products to the cart or click on "Checkout."
- Fill in your contact details and click "Continue."
- Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Click "Continue."
- Select the desired shipping method and click "Continue."
Purchases made under the Fixed or Free Shipping options will be sent via Correios or JadLog transport, whichever is more cost-effective.
Shipments with the Customer Selection (Sedex, Pac, Jadlog) will be sent according to the selection. - Add a discount COUPON if available.
- Choose the payment method.
You may select the "PIX/Transfer" option, Boleto, or Credit Card.
Once you have chosen the payment method, click "Continue." - Finally, in the Purchase Confirmation, you can review all the information, including your details. Click "Continue."
- You will be redirected to another screen to complete the payment details. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an email from us, but this will not be a payment receipt.
- Once the payment is approved* and credited, we will ship the products you purchased.
*IMPORTANT: All purchases made on our e-commerce site through card methods go through a review process by the Card Processors, Administrators, Card Brand, and Anti-Fraud systems. The shipment will be released upon confirmation of the transaction by the Card Centers. You will be notified via email about the order status, including confirmation or refusal.
Installment purchases via Credit Card have a minimum installment value of R$30.00 (Thirty reais).
