The shipping time for your order is up to 3 business days after payment approval (it may be shipped earlier!).

Personalized products, however, will have a delivery time of up to 30 days as informed at the time of purchase.

Please be very careful when filling in the delivery address! It is essential that it is correctly registered to ensure successful delivery. In case of delivery errors due to incorrect information, a new shipping fee will be calculated, and the buyer must make the payment for the second shipment.

The delivery time varies according to your region. You can check this information by entering the postal code (CEP) on the product pages or in the shopping cart.

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the product page or in the shopping cart based on the postal code (CEP), weight, dimensions, and order value.

Deliveries may be delayed if Correios or carriers go on strike.

Some locations have delivery restrictions, and the package will be available for pickup at the nearest Correios branch for up to 5 calendar days. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. A new shipping fee will be calculated, and the buyer must make the payment for the second shipment.
