Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy - Adrélle Semijoias

This exchange policy is valid from January 2023.

In order to ensure our customers' satisfaction, we have created our exchange, return, and refund policy. Please read the policy described below carefully and, if you do not agree or have any questions, contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Exchange

The need for an exchange must be communicated to the company via email and/or registered through the Exchange and Returns Center, with all data identifying the customer and the order, and specifying the reason for the exchange.

The exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the merchandise. If this period has expired, the customer's right to exchange will be forfeited, and the decision to accept the exchange will be at the discretion of ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS.

Once the right to exchange is confirmed and the exchange authorized after official communication from ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS to the customer, the products must be sent back in the following conditions:

- Send the package with all received documents.

- The product must be new, without signs of use or washing.

- The product label must be intact and attached to the piece.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, our Quality Control Department will analyze the product to confirm the conditions mentioned above.

If the product passes the analysis, the exchange will be processed, and ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS will send a voucher to the customer's email, so they can place a new order with the desired pieces on our website. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that we do not exchange products that have an odor, signs of misuse, modifications, or that are without labels.

The shipping cost for the exchange to the store is covered by ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS, through a postage code service previously sent via email or simultaneous exchange with the carrier's delivery person. The type of reverse service will be informed during the exchange process via email.


Return

The need for a return must be communicated to the company via email with all data identifying the customer and the order, and specifying the reason for the return.

The return request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the merchandise. If this period has expired, the customer's right to return will be forfeited, and the decision to accept the return will be at the discretion of ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS.

Once the right to return is confirmed and authorized through official communication from ADRÉLLE SEMIJOIAS to the customer, the products must be sent back in the following conditions:

- Send the package with all received documents.

- The product must be new, without signs of use or washing.

- The product label must be intact and attached to the piece.

Please note that we do not accept returns of products with an odor, signs of misuse, modifications, or that are without labels.

If the product passes the analysis, the refund will be processed either by credit card reversal or by deposit into a bank account indicated by the customer.


Refund

The refund will be processed either by credit card reversal or by deposit into a bank account according to the payment method and details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

The customer will only be entitled to a refund if they meet the quality analysis requirements for returned products listed in the RETURN policy mentioned above.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the return.

Refunds by bank deposit or boleto payment will be processed within 7 (seven) days after receipt of the return.

The company may, at its discretion, choose to process all types of refunds via bank deposit as the credit card operators' reversal timelines may expire.

According to credit card operators' policies, credit card refunds may take up to 60 (sixty) days to appear on your credit card statement.


IMPORTANT:
The above rules DO NOT apply to wholesale purchases as they are not considered final consumers. No returns are allowed, only exchanges according to specific rules for individual resellers or retailers (legal entities) who received wholesale discounts on the purchase.
